This position will remain open for application based on business need, which may be before or after the 3-day posting window.\nJob Description\nPosition Overview\nThe Operations Support Analyst will assist with a wide range of activities all directed toward the same goal: maximizing the profitability of Invenergy’s Field Service divisions. Responsibilities include working closely with Asset management to track, make reclassifications to, and report on all aspects of the Field Service cost center by transforming data into actionable insights & business intelligence, and guiding data-driven decisions. Invenergy wants a team player willing to use their analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to help with department growth and organization as well as look for ways to improve the group’s efficiency.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze data to assess how primary assumptions may affect pricing and/or returns. \nIdentify inconsistencies across models and provide feedback to management on how to ensure proper alignment of assumptions across job scopes. \nManage recurring reporting processes and identify actionable items\nProvides support for day-to-day needs of the Operations Support team.\nDevelop other ad-hoc analyses as needed \nWork alongside Field Service Management in the development and implementation of operational best practices\nAct as a liaison between Asset Management, Accounting, and the Field Service Management team\nEvaluate monthly charges to the Field Service cost center and reclassify them to their appropriate project cost center\nTrack the cost of and report on all Field Service work\nPrepare and deliver customer invoicing for 3rd party Field Service work performed \nRequired Skills\n2+ years professional related work experience\nAbility to work effectively with all level of personnel and to work under minimal supervision\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAble to travel 10% to establish and maintain ongoing relationship with Fleet personnel and meet with other members of the Operations Support team\nComputer proficiency with Microsoft Office software, primarily Excel\nStrong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills. \nEligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with the following softwares preferred Smartsheet, Power BI and Sharepoint\nBase Pay\n$24.18 - $28.65 USD Hourly\nBonus: 0% - 15%\nThe base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.
