You'll work closely with our DevOps and Product teams, have the freedom to improve existing processes, and bring new ideas to life through automation.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nTake ownership of day-to-day IT operations, including technical onboarding and offboarding, device setup, troubleshooting, and IT support.\nManage our Mac fleet using Mosyle and Apple Business Manager, including device configuration and maintenance.\nMaintain hardware and software inventory, coordinate equipment purchases, replacements, and repairs.\nAdminister and maintain our internal tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and 1Password, while managing licenses and SaaS costs.\nDesign and implement centralized identity and access management solutions, including SSO, MFA, and role-based access.\nAutomate IT workflows and integrate systems using APIs, scripts, and automation tools.\nDevelop and improve IT policies, processes, and documentation to ensure secure, efficient, and audit-ready operations.\nWhat you bring\nAt least 2 years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.\nHands-on experience managing and troubleshooting macOS devices.\nStrong administration skills in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.\nPractical experience using AI tools in your daily work, such as AI coding assistants.\nGood understanding of identity and access management, including SSO (SAML/OIDC), MFA, and user lifecycle automation.\nSolid knowledge of IT security fundamentals, including least privilege, device hardening, and secure offboarding.\nScripting skills and confidence working with configuration as code.\nA proactive, ownership-driven mindset -
