We continue to invest in our people and processes, while enhancing our products and capabilities in order to create a safer, smarter, and more sustainable battery-powered world.\nWe are an ITAR facility and hire only U.S. persons who are defined as U.S. citizens or green card holders.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThe Financial Analyst is a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, supporting annual budgets, monthly forecasts, management reporting, and financial analysis. This role partners with global finance and commercial teams to explain performance, improve reporting processes, and provide insights that support business decisions.\nResponsibilities (Including other duties as assigned)\nSupport the annual budget and monthly forecast processes, including consolidation of global submissions and analysis of key business drivers.\nPrepare monthly financial reporting packages and operating review presentations for leadership.\nAnalyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior year; identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.\nPartner with commercial finance and sales teams on revenue, customer profitability, direct sales, and rebate reporting.\nBuild and enhance Excel-based financial models, variance analysis tools, and Power BI dashboards to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.\nCoordinate with international finance teams to manage reporting deadlines, deliverables, and consistent financial metrics.\nUse Prophix or comparable EPM systems to support planning, reporting, and ad hoc analysis; identify opportunities for process automation.\nSupport financial analysis of plant and operating performance, including cost trends and profitability.\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.\nStrong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Power BI and EPM/planning systems (such as Smart View or Prophix).\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate across global teams.\nManufacturing or multi-site business experience preferred.\nInventus Power is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
