This role works cross-functionally with production, quality, supply chain, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with operational goals.\nResponsibilities (Including other duties as assigned)\nLead and manage manufacturing engineering projects from concept through implementation\nDevelop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies\nSupport process improvements, equipment installations, line expansions, and facility upgrades\nCoordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth project execution\nCreate andmaintainengineering documentation, specifications, and standard work\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, cost reduction, efficiency gains)\nCollaborate with Quality and Operations to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards\nManage relationships with vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers\nTrack project progress and communicate status, risks, and results to stakeholders\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related field)\n7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment\nExperience managing engineering or capital projects\nWorking knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, andtooling\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills\nAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies\nFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems\nExperience with automation, assembly processes, or equipment validation\nProject management certification (PMP) a plus\nInventus Power is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
