The position is open to both medior and senior engineers.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain SSIS packages and ETL processes\nWrite and optimise T-SQL code, including stored procedures, functions, views and triggers\nMonitor, troubleshoot and tune the performance of SQL Server databases and ETL jobs\nDesign and maintain data models and database structures\nEnsure data quality, integrity and consistency across systems\nSchedule, deploy and support ETL jobs in an on-premises environment\nAnalyse and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis\nCollaborate with developers, analysts and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements\nDocument solutions and contribute to best practices and code reviews\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience as an MS SQL / ETL Engineer or Developer (5+ years for senior level)\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL\nSolid experience designing and developing SSIS packages\nExperience with query optimisation and performance tuning\nGood understanding of ETL principles, data warehousing and data modelling\nExperience working in on-premises environments\nFamiliarity with version control and deployment practices for database and ETL code\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nExcellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities\nStrong attention to detail and a structured way of working\nGood communication and teamwork skills\nNice to Have\nExperience with SSRS and/or SSAS\nExperience with SQL Server Agent and job scheduling\nExperience with CI/CD for database and ETL deployments\nExperience in the financial services sector\nMicrosoft certifications in data or SQL Server\nYou will be a great candidate for us if
