scalable AI-based software solutions\n\nResearch, evaluate, and test open-source AI models for specific data processing requirements\n\nIntegrate AI models into modular software components and existing applications\n\nDesign and develop pipelines combining multiple AI-based modules\n\nDevelop new features, maintain existing applications, and resolve software defects using Python\n\nContribute to software architecture and technical design decisions\n\nPerform unit and integration testing to ensure software functionality, reliability, and quality\n\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including design decisions, implementation details, and usage instructions\n\nCollaborate with technical teams and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle\n\nRequirements\nSenior Level (Level 2), meeting one of the following mandatory education and experience criteria:\n\nA university degree requiring at least 4 years of study, followed by a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience\n\nOR a university degree requiring at least 3 years of study, followed by a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience\n\nMinimum 2 years of professional experience developing AI-based software solutions\n\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience writing clean, efficient, and scalable Python code\n\nParticipation in at least one project involving the integration of AI models\n\nParticipation in at least one project involving AI model integration into modular components and/or pipelines combining multiple AI-based modules\n\nGood working knowledge of Python\n\nGood understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals\n\nGood knowledge of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and Docker\n\nGood knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile\n\nAbility to develop, maintain, test, and troubleshoot software applications\n\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher\n\nNice to Have\nExperience designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable AI-based software solutions\n\nAt least 1 year of experience developing test datasets and automated evaluations to measure AI system performance and model accuracy\n\nExperience detecting regressions following AI model or prompt changes\n\nKnowledge of statistical concepts and evaluation metrics, including precision, recall, F1-score, and error rates\n\nExperience working in international and multicultural environments\n\nAbility to participate
