Senior Data Governance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Governance Specialist to deliver and continuously improve enterprise data governance, metadata management, and data quality capabilities.

You will work closely with business owners, Data Stewards, Architects, Engineers, Security, Privacy, and Risk teams, with a strong focus on Collibra and Soda.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the business glossary, data catalogue, metadata, and critical data elements
• Implement data ownership and stewardship processes
• Support data classification and lineage
• Configure and improve Collibra governance workflows
• Monitor and improve data quality using Soda
• Define and maintain data quality rules
• Support data-quality issue management and reporting
• Support governance adoption and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks
• Experience with metadata management
• Strong knowledge of data quality management
• SQL experience
• Hands-on experience with Collibra
• Experience with Soda
• Experience implementing enterprise governance processes
• Strong ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Greek and English
