You will work closely with development teams to keep their delivery pipelines scalable, secure and reliable.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure the CI/CD platform design aligns with industry best practices for scalability, security and performance\nUpdate existing application and infrastructure designs of the CI/CD platform\nDesign, maintain and improve the containers platform, both in the cloud (e.g. Azure) and on-premises (RKE2/Rancher)\nCreate reusable pipelines, pipeline templates and robust automation scripts to build, release and update applications and infrastructure components\nEnsure repeatability and ease of management for future deployments\nPackage applications using Helm charts\nUpgrade application servers and agents at least twice per year\nSupport development teams on their CI/CD tasks, and provide training and knowledge transfer on the platform\nMeasure and report on metrics such as cycle time, time to value (TTV), uptime, error rate and team retention rate, as well as CI/CD usage\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in CI/CD platforms\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Azure DevOps Server administration\nMinimum 2 years of experience in application deployments on Kubernetes\nExpertise in Azure DevOps Server and Services administration\nExcellent knowledge of CI/CD pipeline creation and configuration, and of DevOps principles and best practices (automation, feedback loops, fail fast, efficiency)\nExcellent knowledge of application containerisation, packaging and deployment on Kubernetes clusters (Helm charts, operators, pipelines)\nGood knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools and methodologies, such as Terraform or Puppet\nCertified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)\nWorking knowledge of English (B2 or higher)\nAbility to support development teams and share knowledge through training sessions\nNice to Have\nMicrosoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)\nExperience
