You will join an agile software team responsible for its development environments and act as the team’s main point of contact with its IT infrastructure partner.\nYour main focus will be hands-on migration and modernization of the team’s toolchain: moving from ClearCase to Git, from legacy issue tracking to Jira/Confluence, and from older Jenkins setups and scripting languages to modern CI/CD pipelines. You will also propose solutions, shape a roadmap, set requirements for and follow up on the infrastructure partner’s work, coach the team in CI/CD, and explore opportunities for AI/ML in the development process.\nRequirements\nSenior-level experience working with modern, automated development environments\nProven experience in hands-on change management, driving teams through new tools and ways of working\nExperience in one or more of: development, testing, or optimization of embedded software systems\nExtensive experience working in mixed environments (Linux, Unix, Windows)\nStrong understanding of complex IT infrastructure and IT solutions\nFluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written\nAbility to pass a Swedish security vetting (säkerhetsprövning) in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act\nNice to Have\nExtensive experience with Jenkins and automated build/release environments\nExperience with environment-as-code and pipeline-as-code\nExperience with
