experience building native iOS applications with Swift\nExperience from large-scale consumer-facing applications with high performance and reliability expectations\nStrong understanding of scalable, maintainable mobile architecture and reusable components\nStrong focus on user experience, accessibility and performance\nExperience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions in cross-functional environments\nAbility to communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful technical
