You will ensure successful and timely delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle, acting as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the IT delivery of D365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementation projects across multiple business units\nPlan and execute implementation activities, including configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare and handover\nLead a squad of D365 functional and technical consultants\nEnsure alignment between technical delivery, business requirements and the overall project plan\nAct as the primary IT counterpart to business project managers responsible for process implementation and change management\nCoordinate and follow up on dependencies with solution design, development and integration teams, as well as banks, localisation packs and external ISVs\nDocument and manage market-specific configurations and deviations from the standard blueprint\nMonitor progress, risks and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery\nRequirements\nProven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations\nStrong project management and leadership skills, with experience working with global, cross-functional teams\nSolid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases\nExperience coordinating diverse stakeholders, including business, IT and external vendors\nKnowledge of integrations, data migration strategies and ERP architecture\nExperience working in complex environments with multiple dependencies\nAbility to combine technical understanding with business acumen\nProactive approach to managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nFluent English\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of Swedish\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain Management)\nProject management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile certification\nExperience with multi-country or multi-market ERP rollouts\nExperience working with localisation packs and ISV solutions\nExperience working in large, complex enterprise
