The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of printing processes, production-ready artwork, and digital design requirements. The role involves creating high-quality visuals for both print and digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency and meeting project deadlines.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign creative layouts, advertisements, brochures, signage, logos, packaging, and other branding materials for print and digital platforms.\nDevelop engaging creatives for social media, Meta and Google Ads, website banners, blogs, SEO visuals, and e-commerce marketplace infographics.\nMaintain brand consistency across all designs, ensuring uniformity in typography, colors, layouts, and visual identity.\nPrepare print-ready artwork with accurate bleed, margins, crop marks, resolution, and color settings, ensuring compliance with printing requirements.\nConduct pre-press checks and coordinate with printing and production teams to ensure quality output, appropriate materials, and suitable finishing techniques.\nInterpret creative briefs, translate concepts into effective visual designs, and refine artwork based on feedback and project requirements.\nManage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and staying updated with the latest design trends, digital advertising formats, and printing technologies.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n2- 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the printing, advertising, packaging, or branding industry.\nStrong working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator; good proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with Adobe InDesign considered an added advantage.\nStrong understanding of offset, digital, and large-format printing processes, including print-ready artwork preparation, pre-press checks, and production requirements.\nKnowledge of packaging design, dielines, product labels, signage, and other branding materials is preferred.\nFamiliarity with Meta and Google Ads creative formats, website graphics, e-commerce creatives, and marketplace listing images.\nGood understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.\nStrong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with internal teams.\nBachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
