Ensuring TAT and SLA’s are met consistently\nEffective resource planning and load balancing\nConduct process assessment, identify gaps and propose recommendations\nMonitor and deliver process and team metrics on daily basis. Prepare Service delivery pack and issue to management for review.\nParticipates in special projects as required by the Director of Shared Services Center Hyderabad or P2P Senior Manager, including but not limited to strategic initiatives and software implementations\nManage transitions of the process, Onsite & remote\nWork with Manager/ onshore Supervisor(s) to assess training needs, address open issues\nReview performance of the team members and conduct regular team huddles, one to one meetings and give constructive feedback\nSupport team during escalations, identify root cause and propose preventive measure\nCollaborate with cross functional team to resolve issues or improve the process for future state\nConduct regular connect with team, goal setting, regular one to one, skip level meetings and resolve the people issues promptly\nDemonstrate ability to work independently of Manager\nEffectively Manage and Solve team member’s issues\nAssist Internal & Statutory audits\nIssue and Risk Management\nAdhering to SOX and Internal Controls of the Process and Organization\nSupport talent acquisition, development and retention efforts of GBS\nAttributes\n Strong analytical and critical thinking skills\nStructured, disciplined approach to work with attention to detail\nAbility to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and flexible to deliver amid uncertainty (e.g., imperfect data, loosely defined concepts, changing priorities)\nMulti-tasker and self-motivated; capable of working under limited or no supervision\n Ability to assimilate information from multiple sources, identify or develop solutions and then implement them\nPositive and constructive team player with good communication (verbal/written) and inter-personal skills\nExcellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple changing priorities along with day-to-day responsibilities\nSound analytical and reporting skills, ability to understand complicated topics, apply critical thinking and judgement\nKeenness and aptitude to learn, upskill and mentor in the respective technical domain\n· Able to work in a global, multicultural environment\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull time\nWorker Type\nEmployee\nJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nNo\nWorkplace Model\nAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
