Invesco employees get more out of life through our comprehensive compensation and benefit offerings including:\nGenerous annual leave plus flexible paid time off\n\nHybrid work schedule\n\nLearning and development programs\n\nHealth & wellbeing benefits\n\nParental Leave benefits\n\nEmployee stock purchase plan (if applicable in your region)\n\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities / Duties\nETF Distribution Activities\n・Support the Head of ETF Distribution by leading ETF proposals and sales initiatives for institutional investors (pensions, insurers, banks, asset managers), including pre-meeting research, proposal drafting, meeting follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.\n・Engage in sales and promotional activities targeting securities firms and digital investment platforms, preparing positioning materials and coordinating joint campaigns.\n・Develop ETF use cases and portfolio applications tailored to investor needs, reflecting client objectives, constraints, and implementation considerations.\nMarket Intelligence\n・Prepare reports on ETF market trends, fund flows, and competitive landscape\n・Produce research materials and insights that enhance sales narratives\nCollaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders\n・Partner with the marketing team to develop client materials and coordinate seminars/webinars\n・Collaborate with global teams to align strategies and share insights\nSales Administration\n・Handle administrative tasks related to product management and sales activities\nWork Experience / Knowledge / Education / Formal Qualifications\nWork Experience / Knowledge:\n[Required]\n・3-8 years of experience in the financial industry\n・Asset management, securities firms, ETF providers, index companies, etc.\n・Foundational knowledge of ETFs, foreign equities, and indexed investment strategies\n・Experience using Bloomberg\n・Client-facing experience (sales, relationship management, product specialist, etc.)\n・Strong presentation and documentation skills (PowerPoint / Excel)\n・Native-level Japanese and the ability to read and write in English\n[Preferred]\n・Experience in institutional investor coverage\n・Deep knowledge of foreign ETFs and indexed investment strategies\n・CFA, CMA\nFormal Education:\n・University graduate or higher\nLicense / Registration / Certification:\n・ Class-1 sales representative qualification (If not held, must be obtained after joining)\nSkills / Other Personal Attributes\n・Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for building new business opportunities\n・Self-driven with strong ownership and commitment to delivering results\n・Excellent communication and relationship-building skills\n・Curiosity toward market trends and data analysis\n・Strong team player who enjoys working in a global environment\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull timeWorker Type\nEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nYesWorkplace Model\nAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
