The team is responsible for maintaining key performance and financial datasets, including preparing bespoke reports, Intralinks, Fund Performance Reports, and investor-related documentation. The role offers exposure to Real Estate Fund Operations, portfolio reporting, and collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.\nYour Role\nSupport Europe Product management team in preparing and maintaining fund performance, quarterly report, consultant report, and client reports.\nUpdate and maintain key operational reports like bespoke reports, Investor relations, global fee calculation file.\nPrepare and maintain property, asset, and portfolio-level attributes, historical information, and current data on a periodic basis.\nUpload and manage investor communications and key documentation through platforms such as Intralinks and Investran.\nSupport investor servicing activities, including the distribution of NAV statements, capital call notices, and distribution notices.\nMaintain KYC and investor information within Investran and other internal systems.\nPerform data validations, reconciliations, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.\nFollow established procedures, SOPs, and controls while meeting defined service levels and deadlines.\nCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve data and reporting queries.\nSupport ad-hoc operational, reporting, and data management requests as required.\nDemonstrate a proactive approach toward process improvement and continuous learning.\nThe Experience You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.\n2 to 4 years of experience in client reporting, fund administration, fund operations, real estate operations, or related financial services functions.\nExperience with Intralinks, Investran, or similar investment management platforms is preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to work with structured datasets and financial information.\nUnderstanding of financial statements, fund structures, and reporting processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple deliverables and prioritize work effectively.\nStrong interest in developing a career in real estate, asset management, or financial services.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.\nTechnical Competencies\nFinancial Reporting and Analysis: Ability to prepare, review, and maintain fund performance and investor reports.\nData Management: Experience maintaining operational databases, trackers, and performing data quality validations.\nSystems Knowledge: Exposure to Yardi, Investran, Intralinks, or similar real estate and fund administration platforms is preferred.\nMicrosoft Excel: Ability to organize, analyse, reconcile, and report financial and operational data.\nBehavioural Competencies\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nEffective time management and prioritization capabilities.\nAbility to manage tasks and timelines in a deadline-driven environment.\nProactive, self-driven approach with a strong ownership mindset.\nTeam-oriented with a willingness to learn and support new processes.\nFlexible, adaptable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.\nAcademic Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.\nMBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Finance is an advantage.\nEducational background with exposure to financial markets, investments, real estate, or fund operations preferred.\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull time\nWorker Type\nEmployee\nJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nNo\nWorkplace Model\nAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
