The team helps drive strategic priorities, operational effectiveness, governance, and cross-functional initiatives that support the Investments platform. Working across Fixed Income and other investment capabilities, the team provides coordination, execution support, and business management expertise to senior leaders and key stakeholder groups.\nYour Role\nThe Associate, Investments Platform Strategy & Execution is responsible for supporting the execution of strategic and operational priorities across the Investments platform. This role partners with senior leaders to coordinate governance forums, leadership communications, reporting, and project execution activities. The position requires strong project management, communication, and presentation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment. The successful candidate will help drive execution discipline, stakeholder coordination, and business outcomes across a range of strategic initiatives.\nYou Will Be Responsible For:\nSupporting the execution of strategic and operational priorities across the Investments platform. \nCoordinating governance forums, leadership meetings, and operating rhythm activities, including agendas, materials, action tracking, and follow-up. \nDeveloping executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications for senior leaders and key stakeholders. \nTracking initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions to support effective execution and accountability.\nPartnering with investment teams and corporate functions to coordinate activities and advance cross-functional initiatives. \nSupporting project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.\nBuilding an understanding of Investments platform priorities, business performance, and industry developments to support informed decision-making.\nCoordinating information across teams to ensure ongoing program and process execution.\nThe Experience You Bring:\nExperience in project management, business management, strategy, consulting, financial services, or a related field.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience supporting leadership forums, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional projects. \nExperience developing executive presentations, reports, and communications. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.\nStrong project management, organizational, and analytical capabilities. \nAbility to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and functions. \nKnowledge of asset management or financial services preferred. \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.\nCuriosity, initiative, and a willingness to leverage new technologies and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull timeWorker Type\nEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nYesWorkplace Model\nPursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
