Compliance Surveillance undertakes investigation of trade surveillance, trade monitoring, Best -execution monitoring, cross trade monitoring and other Surveillance activities to identify any irregularities by examining data and helps find trends and draw conclusions about the information.\nYour Role\nUnderstand Trade Surveillance & conduct review of Market Abuse alerts in surveillance tool on daily basis\nGet trained in investigating any irregularities & abnormal activities in daily trading and escalate potential violations to relevant regional teams\nGet trained in monitoring activities such as Best Execution and Fair Allocation.\nGet hands-on experience with Order Management Systems including CRD, Aladdin, and Bloomberg, including data extraction and analysis\nPrepare documentation to support reviews conducted and to substantiate/demonstrate adequate processes/controls to meet applicable regulatory requirements\nAssist in delivery of compliance related projects and initiatives including ad-hoc requirements.\nConduct research on daily tasks to identify opportunities for automation including analytical workflows to improve efficiency.\nCollaborate with team members and management to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of surveillance and compliance processes.\nThe Experience You Bring\nGood Knowledge of Financial Products and Mutual fund industry\nUnderstanding of trading principles and fundamentals\nGood analyzing skills and superb attention to detail\nExcellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones\nProficiency in MS Office\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nA positive attitude and willingness to learn\nOpen to flexible working hours\nAcademic requirements\nMaster’s degree in finance\nNo current backlogs\n60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course \nWhy Invesco?\nIn Invesco, we do relevant work to create impact for our stakeholders.
