The team supports investment evaluation, business decision-making, client reporting, and continuous improvement through four strategic pillars:\nInvestment Support: Deliver high-quality, timely, and consistent analysis to Investment teams across all regions and products, enabling performance evaluation and optimization.\n\nBusiness Enablement: Provide strategic support to teams driving growth and expansion across Invesco’s global distribution channels.\n\nScalable Capability: Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes and upgrading technology and infrastructure across regions and functions.\n\nTalent & Culture: Foster a collaborative environment that supports personal growth, career development, and cross-functional teamwork.\n\nYour Role\nAs a key member of the Portfolio Analytics team, you will produce and interpret portfolio analytics and performance attribution across multiple asset classes and regions. You will acquire, validate, and consolidate portfolio, benchmark, and analytical data; investigate data and reporting exceptions; and communicate findings clearly to investment teams and other stakeholders. Success in this role requires analytical judgment, attention to detail, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a global environment.\nThe Experience You Bring\nWorking knowledge of portfolio analytics with a focus on performance evaluation assessment across diverse asset classes.\n\nAbility to interpret portfolio performance, including return attribution, and benchmark comparisons, delivering actionable insights to Investment teams.\n\nExperienced in extracting, validating, and managing portfolio data to produce accurate and timely reports for internal stakeholders and clients, while effectively addressing data and reporting issues.\n\nExposure to using performance and risk analytics tools to monitor portfolio risk exposures, conduct stress testing, and perform scenario analysis.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduce and interpret performance attribution, contribution, benchmark, and portfolio analytics.\n\nValidate portfolio, benchmark, classification, and analytical data before reporting.\n\nInvestigate and resolve performance, attribution, benchmark, and data-quality exceptions.\n\nPrepare accurate, timely reporting for investment teams, senior management, client reporting, third-party databases, and regulatory filings.\n\nExplain analytical results and data issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nSupport process improvement, automation, control enhancement, and documentation.\n\nPartner with investment, technology, data, operations, risk, and distribution teams across regions.\n\nMaintain clear process documentation, analytical controls, and evidence supporting reported results.\n\nParticipate in the testing and implementation of data, system, methodology, and reporting changes.\n\nWork Experience / Knowledge\n1-3 years of relevant experience in investment management, portfolio analytics, performance measurement, investment operations, financial data analysis, or a related field.\n\nKnowledge of performance measurement or Attribution is preferred.\n\nPrepare, interpret, and investigate discrepancies in attribution and contribution reports used for performance analysis.\n\nGeneral understanding of the investment management industry including various security types.\n\nInterpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with colleagues across functions, regions, and levels are required.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work effectively with large and complex data sets\n\nPreferred: Knowledge of investment analytics/attribution applications (such as FactSet, Aladdin, Bloomberg, etc.)\n\nSkills & Attributes\nA friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.\n\nSelf-driven and shows strong self-initiative to meet deliverables and overcome issues.\n\nCritical Thinking - ability to look at data and trends and come to new conclusions based on findings.\n\nAttention to detail - ensure vigilance in the analysis and arrive at right conclusions.\n\nMust have the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information.\n\nThe ability to contribute to a team environment is critical.\nAcademic requirements\nDegree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.\n\nProgress toward, or completion of, the CFA or CIPM designation is preferred\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull time\nWorker Type\nEmployee\nJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nNo\nWorkplace Model\nAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
