Invesco employees get more out of life through our comprehensive compensation and benefit offerings including:\nGenerous annual leave plus flexible paid time off\n\nHybrid work schedule\n\nLearning and development programs\n\nHealth & wellbeing benefits\n\nParental Leave benefits\n\nEmployee stock purchase plan (if applicable in your region)\n\nJob Description\nAbout Your Role\nThe Senior Analyst, Data & AI Enablement will serve as the primary liaison between the APAC Real Estate business and the Real Estate Technology organisation.\nThe role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business processes, reporting, decision-making and operational efficiency through the effective use of data, analytics and emerging AI capabilities.\nWorking closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and Enterprise Data & Analytics functions, the individual will translate business requirements into data products, analytical solutions and AI-enabled capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.\nThis position combines business analysis, data stewardship, analytics enablement, product ownership support and AI opportunity assessment within a rapidly evolving data-driven investment environment.\nYou Will Be Responsible For:\nBusiness Engagement & Analysis\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across APAC Real Estate.\nUnderstand business objectives, processes, challenges and reporting requirements.\nFacilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions.\nDocument current and future state processes.\nTranslate business requirements into clearly defined technology and data requirements.\nData & Analytics Enablement\nPartner with business stakeholders to define KPI requirements and reporting standards.\nSupport development of business intelligence and analytical capabilities.\nPromote adoption of self-service reporting solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to eliminate manual reporting processes and spreadsheet dependency.\nSupport development and enhancement of enterprise reporting solutions.\nAssist in defining analytical use cases and value measures.\nAct as a regional advocate for enterprise data governance standards.\nSupport implementation of data ownership and stewardship practices.\nDefine and maintain business terminology, KPI definitions and business glossaries.\nAssist with data quality monitoring and remediation activities.\nWork with technical teams to support metadata management and data lineage initiatives.\nAI Enablement & Innovation\nIdentify business processes and activities that could benefit from AI-driven capabilities.\nAssist in evaluating potential AI use cases across investment, asset management, fund management and operations teams.\nSupport preparation of business cases for AI initiatives.\nPartner with engineering teams to define business requirements for AI-enabled solutions.\nPromote responsible AI adoption and governance practices.\nSupport user adoption and education relating to AI capabilities.\nThe Experience You Bring:\n5+ years experience in business analysis, data analytics, technology delivery, reporting or related disciplines.\nExperience working with both business and technology stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience documenting business requirements and process flows.\nExperience supporting reporting or data programmes\nPreferred Experience:\nReal Estate Investment Management\nPrivate Markets\nAsset Management\nData Governance initiatives\nData Quality programmes\nAnalytics and Reporting platforms\nAI or Generative AI initiatives\nTechnical Knowledge\nDesirable experience with:\nSnowflake\nPower BI\nSQL\nData modelling concepts\nData governance frameworks\nMicrosoft Copilot and Generative AI technologies\nAWS data platforms\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull timeWorker Type\nEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nNoWorkplace Model\nAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
