Invesco employees get more out of life through our comprehensive compensation and benefit offerings including:\nFlexible paid time off\n\nHybrid work schedule\n\n401(K) matching of 100% up to the first 6% with a discretionary supplemental contribution\n\nHealth & wellbeing benefits\n\nParental Leave benefits\n\nEmployee stock purchase plan\n\nJob Description\nAbout the Role:\nThe Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Analyst will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise for Oracle Cloud ERP and other Finance applications, delivering enhancements, and supporting Finance roadmap projects.\nResponsibilities of the Role:\nAct as a lead in one or more Finance work stream, supporting system enhancements, project delivery and BAU system support activities for Oracle ERP and other Finance applications\n\nCollect, document and analyze business requirements and approve Lean specifications created by technology team\n\nConfigure and maintain application setups and maintain supporting documentation\n\nPerform impact analysis on Oracle Cloud ERP quarterly patches and provide recommendations on new features that Invesco should consider implementing\n\nKeep up-to-date on new Oracle AI offerings and provide functional guidance to enable new AI features, including AI Agents\n\nLeverage Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and FDI to provide business insights\n\nFoster and maintain productive relationships with technology teams and business partners\n\nProvide operational support for Concur Expense Management, handling incident resolution, executing enhancements, and performing necessary administrative tasks\n\nLeverage reporting tools to publish monthly Concur reporting\n\nGain understanding of finance applications such as Treasury Management System, Revport and others and provide support and deliver enhancements\n\nRequirements:\n3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications, including 2+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP\n\nExpertise in at least 2 of the following Oracle ERP modules: GL, FAH, AP, CM, PO, iProcurement, AR, FA, PA, Intercompany\n\nBS Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or other related field\n\nExperience supporting SAP Concur Expense (configuration, audit rules, per diem setup) preferred\n\nExperience with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and FDI\n\nExperience leading cross-org discussions and working with a matrixed team of stakeholders\n\nExpertise in communicating, building influence, and developing relationships with business and technology leaders\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nExperience with relational databases, SQL and reports development preferred\n\nExperience in Financial Services or Investment Management industries preferred\n\nExperience working in/with a shared service center supporting global operations is highly preferred\n\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull timeWorker Type\nEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nYesWorkplace Model\nPursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
