The role will help ensure that business needs are translated into well-defined business, functional and data requirements supporting strategic and innovative initiatives such as Client Book of Record and a Global Client Master. The role will take ownership of business and data analysis activities across multiple business areas and stakeholder groups, working closely with both business and technology teams. Success requires a very good understanding of agile methodologies, strong analytical and technical capabilities, and strong client relationship management, with particular emphasis on data requirements, data quality, data flows and scalable data solutions.\nWhat you will be doing:\nLiaise with Business Partners in the different Distribution functions to solicit in-depth requirements that contribute to the design, build and implementation of solutions and enhancements that align with strategic business goals\nPrepare, review and maintain documented requirements for enhancements to systems and/or business processes, optimizing efficiency and consistency\nTaking ownership for the project management of smaller initiatives, including the provision of delivery status updates and the management of risks and issues\nCollaborate with other Distribution related functional areas - i.e. Distribution Data Office, Client Insights, Marketing Analytics - as well as external vendors in the execution of project delivery\nPartner with colleagues across Technology to collaborate on cross-functional deliverables\nAssisting the squad in providing consultative assistance to the Engineering Run/Support teams on an ad-hoc basis\nDevelop and maintain close business relationships to forge strong partnerships. Help identify opportunities where technology can be an enabler or productivity tool and relay them to other technology teams for possible follow up actions through projects/BAU.\nThe role will include the utilization of AI skills and tools as deemed appropriate to deliver on business requirements and will in some instances involve the build/maintenance of full AI solutions including GenAI Agents.\nSupporting the implementation of data mastering systems\nReviewing data usage patterns to identify redundant or duplicated datasets that can be consolidated or retired\nSupporting the migration from legacy systems to target architecture: mapping sources front to back, producing data flow diagrams and expanding the data catalogue\nContributing to data governance, data quality and wider data management activity, working with internal technology partners and third party partners\nWhat you will bring:\nProven experience in asset Management ideally as inhouse employee or as service provider\nHave experience with Transfer Agent operations or Distributor platform operations.\nHave a good understanding of the principles how transactions in funds (subscriptions/redemotions) are processed\nIdeally have an understanding of how a CSD (like Clearstream or Euroclear) operate mutual fund transactions.\nIdeally having had a deep exposure to data from Transfer Agents and back-office related systems for position and transaction data management\nThe role will have a particular focus on leveraging our Snowflake data capabilities to elicit insights and build solutions to serve the investment and trading communities.\nHave deep knowledge of data processing capabilities in Snowflake and using Snowflake tool such as Cortex Code for AI\nKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot or AWS Bedrock and other agentic capabilities\nKnowledge of other capabilities such as AWS services, API’s and DevOps, is an advantage or having a willingness to undertake training in these areas\nBachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred or commensurate relevant work experience\nChallenging yourself and our business partners to think about the future, asking if things can be done different\nExcellent verbal & written skills (must be capable of communicating clearly and effectively to senior business users, IT management and internal team members)\nMust demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused attitude and understand the fundamentals of customer service\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, i.e., root-cause analysis\nStructured, disciplined approach to work, with keen attention to detail and quality\nAbility to analyze requirements and problems and to propose innovative but workable solutions\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull timeWorker Type\nEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nNoWorkplace Model\nPursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in the role's advertised office.
