This includes managing a large-scale Unix/Linux estate, ensuring system stability, performance, and security across a wide range of critical business applications.\nAbout the Role:\nOversees technology development solutions through new and existing applications, systems architecture, applications, data infrastructure/warehouses and machine learning algorithms and infrastructure (applications for the firm including both internal and external products). Includes maintenance and support of applications. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions.\nPlans, administers and provides technical support of operating system capabilities. Includes designing, developing and troubleshooting or debugging software programs for enhancements and new products. Software tools include operating systems, networks, utilities and web resources.\nResponsibilities of the Role:\nPerform a range of engineering assignments within the infrastructure platform, supporting development, maintenance, and optimization of systems and services\n\nAnalyze requirements and solve technical issues by applying established guidelines, standards, and best practices\n\nDeliver high-quality work independently while coordinating effectively with team members and stakeholders\n\nSupport the implementation and improvement of processes, ensuring efficient flow of information and execution of tasks\n\nContribute to ongoing platform stability and enhancements through continuous improvement and practical application of technical knowledge\n\nCommunicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful delivery of projects and initiatives\n\nRequirements of the Role:\n5-8 Years of Experience\n\nWorking experience within infrastructure engineering or a related technical discipline\n\nSolid understanding of core engineering principles, methods, and technologies within the job family\n\nAbility to analyze situations and apply sound judgment to solve straightforward to moderately complex problems\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently while following established guidelines and policies\n\nStrong coordination and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage information and processes\n\nPractical experience applying technical knowledge to deliver reliable and efficient solutions\n\nUnderstanding of business drivers and the ability to align technical work with organizational goals\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)\n\nExperience with Linux/Unix (RHEL preferred)\n\nHands-on experience with AWS or Azure\n\nExperience using Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools\n\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab)\n\nExperience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus)\n\nSr. Eng., InfraPlatform\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull timeWorker Type\nEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nYesWorkplace Model\nPursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
