Lead enablement programs for data stewards, analysts, and AI practitioners to promote responsible data and AI usage.\n\nEvaluate new technologies to maintain advanced data capabilities.\n\nLead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new platforms, processes and practices.\n\nManagement of relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and external partners.\n\nLead the design and implementation of data observability frameworks that monitor data health across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.\n\nChampion the adoption of observability practices across engineering, analytics, and governance teams ensuring visibility, accountability, and operational resilience in data-driven decision-making.\n\nThe experience you bring:\n10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design, preferably in financial services or asset management.\n\nDeep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data platforms (SQL Server, Snowflake, etc.), analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc) and integration technologies.\n\nHands-on experience leading the design, development, and deployment of business software at scale\n\n3-5 years proven track record as an AWS Solutions Architect or Senior Cloud Engineer role\n\nExperience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies required\n\nExperience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (eg. security, privacy, GDPR)\n\nInfrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (E.g. Terraform, Python, PowerShell).\n\nData Governance, Data Quality, and Data Observability experience including capability implementation and integration in a large corporation desirable.\n\nAbility to work in a team environment.
