This role requires strong experience with agentic coding workflows, modern web application development, and hands-on delivery using React and related frontend technologies.\nAbout the Role:\nThe candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to capture requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and help implement scalable applications that support investment and risk workflows. The role will involve building intuitive user experiences, integrating with backend services, and contributing to AI-enabled and agentic workflow capabilities.\nIdeal candidate is hands-on software engineer with strong React skills and practical experience using agentic coding workflows. They should be able to build clean, scalable, modern web interfaces and feel comfortable in an AI enabled engineering environment. The candidate should also have practical experience building AI agents capable of tool calling, interacting with APIs, retrieving context, completing workflow and performing multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention.\nFamiliarity with AI application patterns such as prompt engineering, RAG, structured output, embeddings, and AI response evaluation is highly valuable. Experience with agent development framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AgentCode or AutoGen is a strong plus.\nWe are looking for a strong software engineer with experience in agentic coding workflows and building modern web interfaces. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools, and capable of building polished, production-quality applications using React.\nResponsibilities of the Role:\nThe candidate must have experience with agentic coding workflows, including using AI coding assistants, agent-based development tools such as Github Copilot, Claude Code, or autonomous coding workflows to accelerate software delivery.\nThe candidate must have strong experience building modern web interfaces using React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive design, API integration, and clean fr\nontend architecture.\nThe candidate should be comfortable working across the frontend and backend, integrating React applications with APIs, services, databases, and AI-powered workflows.\nThe candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, version control, debugging, testing, deployment practices, and collaboration in an engineering team.\nPractical experience building AI agents that can perform multi-step tasks, reason through workflows, call tools, interact with APIs, retrieve context, and complete tasks with minimal human intervention.\nExperience with agent development frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Bedrock AgentCore, AutoGen, or similar tools.\nExperience with LLM application patterns such as prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, structured outputs, embeddings, and AI response evaluation.\nNice to have skills\nExperience building AI-powered user experiences such as chat interfaces, human-in-the-loop review screens, streaming responses, agent activity traces, and approval workflows.\nExperience building AI-enabled applications in financial services, investment management, risk, research, portfolio management, or similar business domains.\nExperience with backend technologies such as Python, FastAPI, Node.js, Snowflake DB, Redis, message queues, and API orchestration.\nExperience building applications for web and handheld devices, including responsive design, mobile-friendly workflows, accessibility, and performance optimization.\nExperience with cloud-native delivery, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, secure deployment practices, and production support.\nFamiliarity with enterprise integration patterns, authentication/authorization, data security, auditability, and compliance-aware application design.\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders to refine ambiguous requirements, prototype solutions, gather feedback, and deliver high-visibility applications.\nRequirements of the Role:\nBuild modern React-based web interfaces for AI-powered applications.\nUse agentic coding workflows to accelerate development, improve productivity, and deliver high-quality software.\nIntegrate frontend applications with backend APIs, AI services, databases, and workflow systems.\nCollaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to turn requirements into working applications.\nContribute to the design and implementation of AI-enabled workflows, with opportunities to build more advanced agent capabilities over time.\nThe salary range for this position in Atlanta, GA is Min $110,000- $130,000 year.
