Our goal is to inform strategy execution by increasing visibility and accountability across the organization to become more outcome focused.\nIn this role, you will own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for BI & Analytics solutions. Acts as the primary business-facing leader responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering data and analytics products that drive measurable business value. Accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle and stakeholder alignment. Focuses on “what” and “why” to deliver. This role establishes strong product leadership, ensuring we move from requirements-driven execution to value-driven product ownership.\nYou Will Be Responsible For:\nOwns product roadmap and multi-year strategy aligned to business goals \nDrives product vision, value-based prioritization, and product discovery \nActs as primary liaison and trusted advisor for senior business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes \nTranslates business needs into scalable data and analytics products \nMakes trade-off decisions across scope, timelines, and value delivery \nAccountable for measurable business value and outcomes from delivered products \nDrives adoption, usage, and product success metrics \nEmbeds innovation (AI and data-driven insights) into products \nMentors teams and promotes product thinking and data-driven culture\nThe Experience You Bring:\nProven experience in product ownership or product management within analytics or data environments \nStrong capability in product discovery, prioritization, and outcome-driven decision-making \nExperience influencing senior stakeholders in a global organization \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and complex product roadmaps \nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills \nExperience with Agile Lifecycle tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) \nWorking knowledge of Agile product delivery models and partnering with delivery leads/Scrum Masters \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking ability \nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nFormal Education:\nBachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent) \nProduct management or Agile product ownership certification preferred \nScrum Master or Agile certifications beneficial but not required\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull time\nWorker Type\nEmployee\nJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nYes\nWorkplace Model\nAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
