This role works closely with APAC HR Business Partners and the Global Talent team to support assigned business units and/or geographic locations, ensuring the effective delivery of talent initiatives and a positive employee experience.\nAbout the role/Key Responsibilities:\nLearning and Leadership Development\nCoordinate and execute the cyclical Talent activities and support Organizational Effectiveness initiatives, including talent review, performance management, high potential development program. \nPartner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute People Plans and talent priorities within assigned client groups. \nSupport business leaders in implementing appropriate talent solutions. \nConsolidate local and regional feedback on Global Leadership Program and other global learning resources. \nLeverage AI tools, analyse talent and engagement data and identify key insights to support business and talent decisions. \nStay abreast of emerging trends and best practices, and AI-enabled learning solutions, bringing innovative and practical ideas to continuously evolve the learning agenda. \nEmployee Experience\nSupport the planning, coordination, and delivery of talent and employee experience initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and enhance the overall employee experience. \nManage the annual APAC Employee Experience event calendar and end-to-end event logistics \nReview internal Employee Experience communications to ensure they are consistent and aligned with corporate direction. \nSupport the implementation of APAC Employee Engagement survey and partner closely with HRBP to drive follow-up action plans based on survey feedback. \nAbout your background:\n4 to 7 years of relevant experiences\nRelevant academic qualifications such as a degree or masters in a related field (e.g. HR, psychology, organisation behaviour, coaching) preferred (but not essential if the individual has equivalent professional work experience).\nRelevant certifications such as MBTI, DiSC, Hogan or other assessment tools are advantageous.\nStrong stakeholder management; works collaboratively across HR, business leaders, employee and global partners\nComfortable working in a complex matrix organisation and aware of APAC cultural nuances.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, and presentations for diverse audiences.\nEager to learn, adapt, and embrace new ideas, while staying informed of emerging trends and best practices in talent and employee experience.\nComfortable operating independently\nHow to Apply:\nApply for the role directly at Invesco Career Page: Careers at Invesco | APAC.\nTo know more about us:\nAbout Invesco: https://www.invesco.com/corporate/en/home.html \nAbout our D&I policy: https://www.invesco.com/corporate/en/our-commitments/diversity-and-inclusion.html \nAbout our Culture: https://www.invesco.com/corporate/en/about-us/our-culture.html \nFull Time / Part Time\nFull timeWorker Type\nEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nYesWorkplace Model\nAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
