This role will drive business process improvements, system enhancements, roadmap delivery, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring the stability and effectiveness of Finance applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Finance system enhancements, roadmap projects, and Oracle Fusion Financials solution delivery.\nManage and support Finance period-end close activities, ensuring timely completion of critical deliverables.\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.\nCoordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.\nOversee testing activities, deployment readiness, and solution validation.\nDrive continuous improvement in business analysis, process design, and data governance practices.\nLead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, managing workload, priorities, and professional development.\nSupport financial data quality initiatives and resolve process or system-related issues.\nEvaluate Oracle quarterly updates and coordinate testing and release activities.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, GL, FA).\nStrong hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules.\nProficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, integrations, conversions, and reporting solutions.\nExperience with business requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and process consulting.\nStrong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills across business and technical teams.\nExperience creating test plans, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.\nFamiliarity with JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar project management tools.\nExperience evaluating Oracle quarterly patches and conducting release testing.\nProven leadership experience managing Business Analysts and cross-functional teams.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nOracle Fusion Financials Cloud Certifications.\nExpertise in Oracle OTBI reporting and analytics.\nExperience supporting global Finance organizations.\nKnowledge of Finance data governance, controls, and compliance processes.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nKey Skills\nOracle Fusion Financials | AP | GL | FA | OTBI | PL/SQL | Oracle APIs | Business Analysis | Finance Close Support | Data Governance | Testing & UAT | Process Improvement | Team Leadership | Stakeholder Management | JIRA | ERP Support | Financial Systems Management| VIDA| FDIP\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull time\nWorker Type\nEmployee\nJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nNo\nWorkplace Model\nAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
