The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant delivery; leads day-to-day operations and escalations; develops team capability; and drives improvement through automation, AI, and strong stakeholder partnership.\nKey Responsibilities\nTeam Leadership & People Management\nLead, coach, and develop analysts while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.\nSet expectations and monitor delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.\nManage performance, staffing, capacity, succession planning, recruitment, and onboarding.\nStrategic Analytics & Research Leadership\nOversee market research, economic analysis, real estate forecasts, and strategic insights.\nEnsure high-quality research supports investment, transaction, fund, and asset management teams.\nDevelop forecasting models and translate business needs into actionable analysis.\nData Analytics, Modelling & Forecasting\nLead analytical projects using statistical modelling, forecasting, econometrics, and machine learning.\nImprove data pipelines, analytical frameworks, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.\nReview outputs for accuracy, sound methodology, and business relevance.\nData Management & Technology Enablement\nStrengthen data quality, governance, reporting consistency, and management of large datasets.\nPromote effective use of Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, GIS, R, and related tools.\nPartner with technology teams to improve platforms, automation, coding, and reporting practices.\nGIS & Spatial Analytics Leadership\nGuide GIS and spatial analysis for market mapping, site assessment, asset evaluation, and investment decisions.\nPromote innovative use of location intelligence across investment and asset management.\nMarketing Presentations, Compliance & Client Reporting\nOversee investor presentations, marketing materials, thought-leadership reports, and client reporting.\nEnsure deliverables meet branding, regulatory, disclosure, accuracy, and quality requirements.\nCoordinate marketing compliance reviews, approvals, recordkeeping, and timely resolution of compliance comments.\nWork with Compliance, Research, Portfolio Management, and Business Development teams to create clear, data-backed content.\nStakeholder Management\nAct as the main contact for operational matters and escalations.\nBuild trusted relationships across Research, Investments, Fund Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Business Development.\nCommunicate risks, delays, resource needs, project status, and expectations clearly.\nOperational Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nDrive process simplification, standardization, automation, and measurable efficiency improvements.\nMaintain controls, procedures, documentation, governance, compliance, and audit readiness.\nSupport business continuity through cross-training and knowledge management.\nRisk & Escalation Management\nManage delivery-related escalations and identify risks early.\nImplement mitigation plans and resolve recurring issues through root-cause analysis.\nPromote a proactive, risk-aware culture.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in relevant quantitative, business, finance, real estate, technology, or analytics discipline.\nMaster’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.\nExperience\n8-12 years of experience in analytics, real estate research, data science, business intelligence, or a related field.\nAt least three years of people-leadership experience in an analytical or research environment.\nProven experience managing global stakeholders, projects, automation initiatives, and cross-functional delivery.\nTechnical Skills\nPower BI, Python, SQL, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.\nPreferred Skills\nGIS, Tableau, R, machine learning, Alteryx, Power Query, Pandas, APIs, and ETL or data engineering concepts.\nLeadership Competencies\nPeople Leadership: Develops accountable, inclusive, and high-performing teams.\nStrategic Thinking: Turns complex issues into clear insights and aligned actions.\nStakeholder Partnership: Builds trust, influences effectively, and communicates clearly.\nExecution: Delivers against priorities, SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.\nInnovation: Uses automation, analytics, and technology to improve efficiency and value.\nRisk & Change Leadership: Manages risks, resolves issues, and leads teams confidently through change.\nCollaboration: Works effectively across global teams to achieve shared outcomes.\nFull Time / Part Time\nFull timeWorker Type\nEmployee\nJob Exempt (Yes / No)\nNoWorkplace Model\nAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
