This role sits within the Pre-Transactional & MarTech space within Client Experience Technology (CXT). In its current remit the team doesn't support Investec's transactional or payment technologies or platforms.\n\n As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications, as well as troubleshooting and debugging issues. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, leveraging a wide range of coding languages, frameworks, and third-party libraries.\n\n We are looking for someone proactive — an individual who questions processes, drives efficiencies, and takes accountability for outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n End-to-end delivery of scalable applications, from design to deployment\n\n Develop, maintain, and enhance applications across front-end and back-end stacks\n\n Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently\n\n Collaborate closely with cross-functional design, technology, and architecture teams\n\n Make informed, complex technical and design decisions to support project delivery\n\n Ensure high application performance, stability, and ongoing support\n\nQualifications, Experience and Skills\n\n ±5 years' experience in diverse development environments\n\n Back-end: Dotnet Core (v5+), C#, REST services, integration experience\n\n Databases: Microsoft SQL Server\n\n Front-end: HTML5, JavaScript (ES6), JQuery, Vanilla.js, CSS3, Bootstrap 4, State Management (Redux), RXJS, Typescript\n\n Experience with CI/CD and Azure Dev Ops/Cloud\n\n Strong understanding of scalable application design principles and automated testing\n\n Advantageous: Functional & Design Programming experience\n\n Ability to adapt and modernize interfaces using the latest technologies\n\n Commitment to delivering clean, testable code with unit testing\n\n Proficiency in using AI-enabled productivity tools, such as Copilot, to improve efficiency, generate
