You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to technical decisions, improve existing systems, and grow your expertise in a supportive engineering environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services in Python 3.11 using Django / DRF\n\nContribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions\n\nWork with MySQL and Redis to build reliable and performant systems\n\nBuild and improve RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations\n\nImprove system performance, reliability, and scalability\n\nCollaborate with Product, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver impactful features and automate back office processes and workflows\n\nInvestigate and resolve production issues, identify bottlenecks, and help reduce tech debt\n\nFollow best practices in Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitHub Actions), and code quality\n\nContribute to improvements in our architecture, development processes, and internal tooling\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of experience in backend development\n\nStrong Python skills and good knowledge of Django (or similar frameworks)\n\nGood understanding of relational databases, caching, and backend systems\n\nExperience with REST APIs and service development\n\nAbility to take ownership of tasks and work independently\n\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD practices, and modern development workflows\n\nGood communication and problem-solving skills\n\nEnglish (B2 level or higher) and fluent Russian\n\nNice to Have\nExperience working in fintech, regulated industries, or internal B2B tools\n\nFamiliarity with AWS, Docker, and message brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka)\n\nContributions to open source or personal side projects\n\nHow We Work\nWe’re a lean, collaborative team where developers have the opportunity to influence architecture, product direction, and engineering culture.
