You’ll own problems end-to-end: understand how a back office process actually works, find where it can be automated or made more reliable, design a sound solution, align with the teams who depend on it and drive it through to production. It’s a hands-on engineering role with no people management. What You’ll Do Build and maintain backend services in Python 3.11 with Django / DRF Automate back office processes and workflows, working directly with Product, Complian
