This team is responsible for integrations with government systems and external partners. In this role, you’ll take real ownership of building high-quality, resilient features - perfect for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManually test frontend and backend features\n\nCollaborate with developers and marketers to clarify requirements\n\nProactively identify gaps, propose improvements, and help evolve QA processes\n\nPerform basic API testing using Postman\n\nWrite and run simple SQL queries to validate data\n\nUse proxy tools for deeper request/response validation\n\nSupport regression testing in mobile apps when needed\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of manual QA experience, focused on web applications\n\nSolid knowledge of test design techniques\n\nHands-on experience testing APIs and working with Postman\n\nTechnical literacy: HTML/CSS, client-server architecture, and basic debugging\n\nAbility to write SQL queries to validate backend logic\n\nConfident using proxy tools like Charles or Fiddler\n\nStrong critical thinking and analytical skills - not just following test scripts\n\nSelf-driven, organized, and comfortable working without micromanagement\n\nClear communicator who collaborates well with tech and non-tech teams\n\nNice to Have\nExperience testing mobile apps (Android/iOS)\n\nInterest in building or improving QA workflows and processes\n\nFamiliarity with automation tools or AI-assisted testing (not required, but a plus)\n\nPrevious experience in product-first companies or marketing-driven environments\n\nHow We Work\nWe’re a lean, fast-moving team that values clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
