You’ll work closely with the CTO, CPO, and multiple Team Leads reporting to you to help teams operate effectively, deliver business impact, and scale sustainably as the company grows.\nOne role will focus more on customer-facing product teams, while the second role will work more closely with infrastructure and operational teams, including Payments, Trading, Pension, and Back Office systems.\nWhile this role is less hands-on than a traditional Tech Lead position, a strong engineering background and technical judgment are still important.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage and support multiple engineering teams and Team Leads\n\nImprove delivery processes, team performance, and engineering effectiveness\n\nHelp scale engineering processes and organizational structure\n\nDrive operational and process improvements across teams\n\nSupport architectural discussions and long-term technical strategy\n\nMentor engineers and engineering leaders\n\nHelp improve planning, communication, and cross-team collaboration\n\nContribute to engineering culture and organizational growth\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong engineering management experience leading multiple teams or Team Leads\n\nPrevious software engineering background (backend or full-stack preferred)\n\nExperience working in product companies rather than pure outsourcing environments\n\nExperience scaling teams, processes, and engineering organizations\n\nExperience building engineering processes and delivery practices\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nAbility to operate in ambiguity and drive initiatives independently\n\nCollaborative leadership style with strong mentoring mindset\n\nEnglish level С1\n\nBonus if you have\nExperience in fintech or regulated industries\n\nExperience in high-growth product companies\n\nExperience working with metrics and operational improvements\n\nHow We Work\nWe’re a lean, collaborative engineering organization where managers and engineers have real influence on product direction, engineering culture, and technical decisions.\nWe care about ownership, pragmatism, continuous improvement, and building scalable systems and teams -
