Our culture is built around honesty, curiosity and joy.\nWe are now looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help us develop and maintain MyProdual Cloud, our cloud platform supporting device and configuration management, projects, organizations and users within the building automation ecosystem.\nThis is a hands-on role where you will work across our Python backend, React frontend and PostgreSQL database, taking responsibility for features from database design and API implementation all the way to the user interface, testing and release. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding an existing application in depth, making sound technical decisions and improving the solution and its maintainability over time.\nWhat you will do\nDevelop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python and Flask\n\nBuild and improve web interfaces using React, JavaScript and Redux Toolkit\n\nDesign and maintain PostgreSQL data models, SQLAlchemy persistence and Alembic database migrations\n\nDevelop secure authentication and organization- and role-based access control\n\nMaintain automated tests and troubleshoot issues across the frontend, backend and database\n\nParticipate in code reviews, documentation and releases using Git, Docker and Bitbucket Pipelines\n\nCollaborate closely with development partners and product stakeholders\n\nShare your knowledge and help strengthen long-term technical ownership of the MyProdual platform.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\nWe are looking for an experienced full stack developer who is comfortable taking ownership and solving problems independently.\nYou should have:\nStrong practical experience developing and maintaining production applications across both backend and frontend\n\nDeep knowledge of Python and strong experience with Flask\n\nDeep knowledge of modern JavaScript and React, including hooks and state management with Redux/Redux Toolkit\n\nStrong PostgreSQL and SQL skills, including relational modelling, transactions, query performance and database migrations\n\nPractical experience with SQLAlchemy and familiarity with Alembic\n\nExperience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with OpenAPI documentation\n\nA solid understanding of web security, authentication and authorization\n\nExperience with automated testing, Git, Docker and CI/CD\n\nThe ability to investigate unfamiliar code, solve problems independently and communicate your technical decisions clearly.\n\nAdditional strengths\nExperience with Microsoft Azure and infrastructure as code is an advantage, as is using AI coding tools responsibly for implementation, refactoring, testing and documentation.\nYou should be able to critically review and test AI-generated changes and take full ownership of the code you deliver.\nYou enjoy working together, sharing ideas openly and building trust.
