This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and efficient device management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM & Intune), Windows 11, and modern provisioning methods such as Autopilot.\nThis position plays a key role in improving endpoint security, automating processes, and ensuring a seamless user experience across corporate devices.\n Manage and support endpoint environments using SCCM and Intune\nOversee Windows 10/11 lifecycle management, including upgrades and patching\nImplement and maintain Autopilot provisioning for device onboarding\nAdminister and optimize Group Policy (GPO) and cloud-based device configurations\nEnsure endpoint compliance with organizational security and patching standards\nDevelop and maintain automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph\nDeploy and manage enterprise applications across endpoints\nMonitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance metrics\nTroubleshoot complex endpoint policy, and deployment issues\nCollaborate with security, infrastructure, and helpdesk and controls/automation teams \n5-7+ years of experience in endpoint management (enterprise environment)\n\nStrong hands-on expertise with SCCM (Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune\n\nExperience managing Windows 10/11 lifecycle, patching, and compliance\n\nSolid knowledge of Autopilot provisioning and modern device management\n\nExperience with Group Policy (GPO) and transitioning to cloud-based policies\n\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation\n\nWorking experience with Microsoft Graph API for automation/reporting\n\nStrong understanding of endpoint security (BitLocker, Crowdstrike, compliance policies)\n\nExperience in co-managed environments (SCCM + Intune) preferred\n\nAbility to troubleshoot complex endpoint deployment, and policy issues\n\nStrong collaboration skills with infrastructure, security, and helpdesk teams\n\nFocus on automation, scalability, and improving user experience\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments\nKnowledge of modern device management and Zero Trust concepts\nExposure to macOS or mobile device management is a plus\nBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities\nEffective communication and collaboration skills\nFocus on automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDIDITIONS\nOffice environment.\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit.
