The role leverages AI as an accelerator while ensuring alignment with our product strategy and roadmap.\n Core responsibilities\nLead features from problem identification through launch, measurement, and iteration.\nUnderstand the needs of customers, users, and stakeholders, translating them into product opportunities.\nPartner with Engineering and Design/UX teams to define and deliver solutions in an agile manner.\nUse AI to conduct research, analyze information, build prototypes, and accelerate workflows.\nPrioritize initiatives based on their impact, technical feasibility, and business value.\nDefine metrics to assess the quality and impact of features.\n Requirements\nSolid experience as a Product Manager across the different stages of the product lifecycle.\nDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience.\nStrong technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams.\nDemonstrated and regular use of artificial intelligence tools.\nA hands-on, autonomous profile focused on launching and iterating solutions.\nAbility to combine technical understanding with strong business judgment.\nExcellent communication, empathy, and negotiation skills.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\n Highly valued\nExperience with B2B or SaaS products.\nExperience with AI-first products, chatbots, virtual agents, conversational platforms, or LLMs.\nFamiliarity with technical tools for research or prototyping, such as terminals, APIs, or low-code/no-code platforms.\n\nOur benefits include career development opportunities, English lessons, in -house and external technical training, extended PTO and paternity leave, premium private health insurance, remote work reimbursement, and a fixed bonus for gastronomy-related purchases.\nOur office is located in Belgrano, CABA.
