You can manage your priorities independently, make informed decisions, and deliver on your commitments without constant supervision.\n\nRequirements\n\n4+ years of commercial Manual QA experience.\n\nIntermediate level of English or higher (both spoken and written)\n\nHands-on experience testing Web applications and Mobile apps on both iOS and Android.\n\nSolid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the end-to-end testing lifecycle.\n\nExperience with functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing, including cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.\n\nPractical REST API testing using Postman or similar tools, including HTTP methods, status codes, authentication, and response validation.\n\nStrong knowledge of test design techniques, test documentation, defect lifecycle, and bug reporting.\n\nAbility to identify risks, perform basic performance and load testing, and use AI tools to improve QA efficiency.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and basic SQL/database testing.\n\nFamiliarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Qase) and test automation principles.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOwn the testing process for Web and Mobile applications across iOS and Android, from test planning to release readiness.\n\nEnsure product quality by executing functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, exploratory, and basic performance testing.\n\nValidate APIs and system behavior using Postman or similar tools, identify issues, and ensure expected results.\n\nOwn test documentation and defect management by maintaining clear test cases, checklists, and reports, and tracking issues through resolution.\n\nDrive quality decisions and release readiness by proactively identifying risks, communicating results, managing priorities independently, and using AI tools to improve testing efficiency.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nProject-based collaboration.
