# Backend Technical Lead

THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a hands-on Backend Technical Lead to take technical ownership of the backend services that support real-time availability, reservations, third-party integrations, payments and customer-facing APIs. You will design and write production code, guide backend engineers, strengthen reliability, and turn agreed product requirements into maintainable technical solutions. This is a technical leadership role, not a purely managerial or architecture-only position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Backend design and hands-on engineering Design, develop and evolve services, REST APIs, data models and asynchronous workflows using Node.js, TypeScript and AWS.
