We are looking for a commercially sophisticated attorney who combines exceptional legal judgment with the ability to navigate complex matters. \nReporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, you will be a key member of the legal team and a trusted adviser to senior leadership, with meaningful exposure to the CEO, founder, and board. You will take ownership of legal matters spanning corporate governance, equity and capital structure, strategic transactions, international expansion, and enterprise risk.\nWe value demonstrated capability and judgment over years of experience alone. The defining qualities of the successful candidate include the ability to anticipate issues, challenge assumptions, assess legal and commercial considerations, formulate sound and defensible recommendations and drive matters through to resolution in collaboration with the CLO and executive leadership. The successful candidate will bring intellectual rigor, sound judgment, and a strong ownership mentality, with the confidence to operate as a genuine strategic partner to the business.\nThis is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of corporate law, emerging technology, and executive decision-making.\nWhat You'll Do\nCorporate Governance\nAdvise on corporate governance matters, working closely with the CLO, CEO, executive leadership and Board on significant corporate decisions.\nTake ownership of key legal workstreams supporting Board and committee activities, driving matters forward with sound judgment. \nCapital Structure, Equity & Strategic Transactions\nTake ownership of legal matters relating to the company's capital strategy and equity incentive programs, advising on structure, incentive arrangements, shareholder rights, and related legal considerations.\nPartner with CLO, CFO and executive leadership on financing and strategic transactions and compliance with such arrangements.\nDrive key legal workstreams in connection with strategic corporate transactions, including M&A, investments, restructurings, and other major corporate initiatives.\nInternational Corporate Strategy & Expansion\nPartner with finance, tax, and business leadership to evaluate and implement international expansion and operating structures, balancing legal, regulatory, tax and commercial considerations.\nAdvise on cross-border corporate matters and develop scalable legal frameworks to support the company's evolving global footprint.\nRegulatory, Risk & Intellectual Property\nProvide legal guidance on corporate compliance, privacy, export controls, foreign investment considerations, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.\nAdvise on intellectual property ownership, protection, and commercialization, including matters relating to proprietary technology, data, and strategic commercial arrangements.\nDevelop pragmatic, risk-based solutions that enable the business to pursue strategic opportunities while protecting its long-term interests.\nAdvise internal stakeholders on complex and novel legal matters, translating legal risks into clear business options and actionable recommendations.\nWhat We Need\nJ.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.\n5-10+ years of corporate legal experience, including substantial experience at an Am Law 100 or equivalent firm. Demonstrated capability and commerciality matter more than tenure.\nDeep expertise in corporate governance, capital structures, equity compensation, shareholder matters, financings, M&A, credit facilities, international restructurings, or other strategic transactions.\nProven ability to take ownership of high-stakes legal matters end-to-end, exercising sound judgment, delivering commercially defensible advice, and driving execution.\nExceptional commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate competing risks, ambiguity, and fast-moving business priorities.\nThorough and extremely detail-oriented, strong drafting and project management skills.\nIntellectual curiosity, initiative and ownership, with a low-ego, collaborative approach and willingness to balance strategic advice with hands-on execution. \nNice to Have\nPrior in-house experience at a high-growth, venture-backed, private equity-backed, or global technology company.\nFamiliarity with enterprise AI, SaaS, technology transactions, data licensing, intellectual property, and emerging AI regulatory frameworks.\nExperience advising on cross-border corporate structures and coordinating legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.\nWhat’s In It For You\nInvisible is committed to fair and competitive pay, ensuring that compensation reflects both market conditions and the value each team member brings. Our salary structure accounts for regional differences in cost of living while maintaining internal equity.\nFor this position, the annual salary range is:\n$250,000 - $300,000 USD base salary\nBonus and equity is included in all full-time, non commission offers. Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including location, job-related experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and overall market conditions. Because of this, every offer is unique.
