Everyone here is committed, and everyone knows their work directly contributes to something bigger.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Program Manager Hardware to bring our products from design to delivery: supplier management, system integration, planning and cost control amongst others.\nReporting to the CTO, you'll lead a team of project leads and be the connecting point between our engineering teams and our suppliers. Our equipment is a complex system built from modules that come from different suppliers, and you'll make sure those modules come together into one working product, on time and within budget. Along the way, you'll shape how we work with suppliers, from selection and contracts to quality and industrialization.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the hardware program end to end: planning, budget and cost ownership, risk management, and reporting to the CTO and management team\nManage and develop a team of project leads, guiding them in their projects and supporting their growth\nSelect and contract suppliers, set clear agreements on scope, cost, quality and delivery, and act as their main point of contact\nBring modules from different suppliers together into one system, leading integration and test on site\nSet up supplier quality and industrialization processes as our products mature\nIs this you?\nTechnical degree in mechatronics, mechanical or electrical engineering, physics, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in high-tech project or program management\nExperience in the semiconductor equipment industry, ideally having brought complex systems from development to delivery\nExtensive experience working with suppliers, from selection and contracting to managing performance and quality\nExperience leading and developing people, with a hands-on, no-nonsense style that fits a small and fast-growing organization\nActive use of AI tooling in your daily work (planning, reporting, risk tracking, supplier communication, documentation) to boost efficiency\nWhat We Offer\nA role at the heart of Invisix's hardware program, with real ownership from day one\nCompetitive salary and benefits, including an Employee Share Ownership Plan\nA learning and development budget to support your growth\nFlexible working arrangements, and room to grow into adjacent responsibilities as the team scales\nInterested?\nIf this sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd like to hear from you, even if you only recognize yourself in part of this description.
