Read on to learn more.\n👉 What You'll DoPolicy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance policies and procedures aligned with applicable local and international laws and regulations, including MiCA, AML, GDPR, and financial regulations\n\nMonitoring and Auditing: Conduct regular compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of policies and ensure adherence across all departments\n\nRisk Management: Identify compliance risks within business processes and implement mitigation strategies to reduce exposure\n\nTraining and Awareness: Provide training to employees on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance and ethical business practices\n\nRegulatory Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authorities and maintain detailed records of compliance activities\n\nIncident Management: Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes\n\n💪 Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
