In a company our size, every hire matters, every people decision has visible impact and culture is something you actively shape, not something written in a slide deck.\nThat’s why we’re looking for a part-time HR Generalist who wants to own the full HR agenda end to end. This is a stand-alone role for someone who’s equally comfortable handling contracts, improving onboarding, running hiring processes and being a trusted partner for both employees and leadership.\n\n👉 What you'll do\nRun end-to-end recruitment across the business, including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and candidate communication\n\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and make strong hiring decisions\n\nBuild and continuously improve a structured on-boarding experience that helps new hires get productive quickly\n\nManage off-boarding processes, including exit interviews and feedback collection\n\nHandle HR administration and documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, contractor agreements, terminations and personnel records\n\nCoordinate monthly HR inputs with external payroll and accounting partners\n\nEnsure compliance with Czech labour law and internal HR policies\n\nOwn and improve internal HR templates, policies and people processes\n\nCoordinate mandatory training programs such as AML, compliance, GDPR and security training\n\nSupport managers with performance feedback, development planning and people-related questions\n\nAct as the go-to person for employee matters requiring discretion, empathy and practical judgement\n\nOrganise team events, offsites and internal culture initiatives\n\nPartner with leadership on engagement, retention, and team wellbeing\n\n💪 About you\nYou have solid working knowledge of Czech labour law and practical HR administration\n\nYou’ve successfully run recruitment processes from initial brief through signed offer\n\nYou’re highly organised and able to manage multiple parallel priorities without losing attention to detail\n\nYou’re comfortable working independently and making decisions without heavy structure around you\n\nYou genuinely care about people and know how to balance empathy with sound judgement\n\nYou communicate confidently in both Czech and English\n\nYou're based in Prague and open to coming to our office on a regular basis, even on a part-time schedule\n\n💫 Nice to have:\nExperience in start-up environment\n\nExperience building or improving HR processes from scratch\n\nFamiliarity with ATS or modern HR tooling\n\nExperience with employer branding, internal communications or culture-building initiatives\n\nUnderstanding of compliance-driven training requirements in regulated businesses\n\n🤝 What we offer\nA stand-alone HR role with real ownership and visible impact\n\nThe opportunity to shape how HR works as we grow, not just maintain existing processes\n\nDirect collaboration with company leadership\n\nA modern fintech environment combining technology, finance and regulation\n\nFlexible setup starting with a part-time collaboration, with the potential to transition to a full-time role in the future depending on mutual fit\n\nSpace to bring your own ideas and improve how things are done\n\n👋 Interested?\nIf this sounds like the kind of HR role you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
