up overdue accounts through proactive communication and payment resolution\nReconcile customer accounts and allocate incoming payments\nGenerate statements and invoices\nHandle customer queries and service tickets\nWork closely with internal stakeholders across multiple business divisions\nMaintain accurate collection records and documentation\nEnsure compliance with company policies and ACCC debt collection guidelines\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Receivable function\nAbout You\nWe're looking for a confident and professional collections specialist who can balance commercial outcomes with outstanding customer service.\nTo be successful, you'll bring:\nMinimum 5 years' experience in Collections, Credit Control or Accounts Receivable\nStrong understanding of:\nDebt collection processes\nAccounts Receivable\nAccount reconciliations\nPayment allocation\nKnowledge of ACCC Debt Collection Guidelines\nStrong communication skills and confidence handling sensitive conversations\nIntermediate Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills\nExperience with accounting or ERP systems (Oracle experience highly regarded)\nExcellent attention to detail and
