As part of our global growth strategy, InvoiceCloud is expanding its Global Capability Center (GCC) in India to\nsupport product development, operations, and innovation across the enterprise\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for an experienced HR professional to be the dedicated HRBP for our *BPO / Customer Success team on night shift*. This is a floor-facing role for someone who is strong in employee relations, comfortable handling sensitive matters independently, and confident exercising judgment when senior leadership isn't immediately reachable.\nReports to: Head of HR, India\nShift: Night shift\nKey Responsibilities\nEmployee Relations (Core Focus)\nPrimary point of contact for grievances, conflicts, and escalations on the floor\nIndependently handle POSH complaints, retaliation concerns\nBuild trust so employees feel safe raising issues early\nHR Business Partnership\nAdvise floor managers on performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters Provide real-time guidance during night shift when issues can't waitDrive retention and engagement strategies suited to a night-shift environment.\nHR Operations & Compliance\nEnsure attendance, leave, and exit processes run smoothly across shifts\nMaintain compliance with labor laws relevant to night-shift work (safety, transport,working hours)\nKeep accurate, confidential case documentation.\nQualifications\n8-10 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on employee relations exposure -ideally in BPO or high-volume operations\nDemonstrated experience independently handling POSH investigations and retaliationcases\nWorking knowledge of Indian labor law, POSH Act, and shift-based compliance\nNight-shift / 24x7 operations experience preferred\nSound judgment and comfort operating independently.\nCompetencies\nEmployee relations expertise, discretion & ethical judgment, calm under pressure,strong conflict-resolution skills, fair, consistent policy application.\nEducation\nBachelor's required; MBA/Master's in HR or related field preferred.\nInvoiceCloud is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
