To learn more, visit InvoiceCloud.com. \nRole Summary \nWe are looking for a customer-focused and technically adept Product Manager - Integrations to own the roadmap, execution, and continuous enhancement of our integrations platform and ecosystem. \nIn this role, you will plan, prioritize, and deliver integration capabilities that enable seamless connectivity between our platform and customers' business-critical applications. Working closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, you will translate business priorities and customer needs into an executable roadmap and deliver measurable business outcomes. \nThis role demands more than execution-it requires a builder's mindset. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and consistently delivers customer value. You should be equally comfortable discussing API architecture with engineers, prioritizing customer needs, and communicating product capabilities to business stakeholders, customers, and partners. \nKey Responsibilities \nProduct Roadmap & Execution \nOwn the integrations product roadmap, aligning priorities with customer needs, business goals, and technical dependencies. \nPrioritize features, APIs, connectors, and platform enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and engineering effort. \nCollaborate with Product Leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and release plans. \nDrive the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. \nWrite high-quality PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. \nPartner with Engineering to prioritize and manage the product backlog. \nCoordinate release planning, launch readiness, and post-release reviews. \nMonitor delivery progress, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders. \nChampion the use of AI and Generative AI to improve product discovery, roadmap prioritization, PRD creation, experimentation, analytics, and decision-making, while identifying opportunities to embed AI-driven capabilities into the integrations platform. \nProduct Discovery & Customer Understanding \nConduct continuous customer discovery with customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Support. \nTranslate customer integration challenges into scalable product capabilities. \nBalance customer-specific requests with reusable platform investments. \nSimplify integration experiences and improve customer onboarding and adoption. \nEcosystem & Partner Enablement \nPrioritize integrations with strategic technology partners. \nCollaborate with Partnerships and Engineering to deliver and maintain high-value integrations. \nSupport marketplace expansion through new connectors and partner integrations. \nPartner with Product Marketing on go-to-market activities and product launches. \nProduct Analytics & Continuous Improvement \nDefine, monitor, and improve key product metrics, including: \nIntegration adoption \nAPI and connector usage \nIntegration success rate \nPlatform reliability \nTime-to-value \nCustomer activation \nCustomer satisfaction and retention \nBusiness impact of integrations \nUse customer feedback and product analytics to continuously improve the integrations experience. \nProduct Evangelism \nCommunicate roadmap updates and releases to internal stakeholders. \nEnable Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering on new capabilities. \nSupport customer meetings, product demonstrations, webinars, and partner engagements. \nServe as the subject matter expert for the integrations platform across the organization. \nRequired Qualifications \nBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. \n4-8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS. \nDemonstrated track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems and driving them to resolution without heavy oversight. \nStrong self-starter with a bias toward action - comfortable making progress with incomplete information. \nProven analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex, cross-functional issues. \nTrack record of actively seeking feedback, coaching, and demonstrating rapid growth as a result. \nDemonstrated experience managing integrations products, APIs, developer platforms, or integration ecosystems. \nStrong understanding of API-first product development. \nExperience working with enterprise integration architectures is a plus but not mandatory. \nProven ability to define product strategy and execute against measurable business goals. \nExperience writing PRDs, prioritizing roadmaps, and managing Agile product delivery. \nStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. \nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. \nAbility to influence without authority across cross-functional teams. \nDemonstrated AI-first mindset with the ability to leverage AI and Generative AI throughout the product lifecycle.
