The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in microservices architecture, database design, asynchronous messaging systems, and FinTech domain applications.\n\nMandatory Domain Requirement : Candidates must have experience in Loan Management Systems (LMS), Supply Chain Finance, Lending Platforms, TReDS, Invoice Financing, or related FinTech products.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring ecosystem.\n\n- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices.\n\n- Develop high-performance, secure, and fault-tolerant applications.\n\n- Integrate applications with messaging and event-driven platforms.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, and DevOps teams.\n\n- Participate in architectural discussions and technical design reviews.\n\n- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability.\n\n- Follow coding standards, security best practices, and CI/CD processes.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence initiatives.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills :\n\n1.
