As a senior member, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will take end-to-end ownership of complex analytics projects, partner with stakeholders to define and deliver business value, and set technical direction within the team.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on analytics with strategic thinking, thrives in solving complex business problems with data, and enjoys mentoring the junior.\n\nKey Responsibilities:-\n\n1) Data Analysis & Execution\n\nLead the full lifecycle of analytics projects from scoping, data extraction, and modeling to delivering actionable insights.\n\nWork independently on complex business questions, breaking down problems into structured analyses and clear deliverables.\n\nAnticipate data issues, validate results thoroughly, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight.\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable analytics processes, dashboards, and reporting systems.\n\n2) Technical Expertise\n\nDemonstrate deep knowledge of the company’s data infrastructure, tools, and business domain.\n\nWrite clean, efficient SQL/Python code to query, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets.\n\nProactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, performance, stability, and scalability.\n\nResearch and propose new analytical methods, tools, or technologies to improve team efficiency and insight generation.\n\n3) Business Impact\n\nTake end-to-end responsibility for projects that directly influence business strategy and outcomes.\n\nPartner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.\n\nIdentify and prioritize high-impact problems, ensuring insights are actionable and tied to measurable business value.\n\nInfluence decision-making at the project and service level, ensuring alignment with company goals.\n\n4) Communication & Leadership\n\nCommunicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nAuthor and present design documents, dashboards, and reports to drive clarity and alignment.\n\nProvide feedback and guidance to peers; mentor junior analysts to raise team standards.\n\nCollaborate across teams, facilitating discussions and reaching consensus on technical and business trade-offs.\n\nSet short-term strategic direction for analytics initiatives and contribute to longer-term data strategy.\n\nRequirements\nEducation: \n\nBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.\n\nExperience: \n\n5–7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
