Own the customer experience. Make things happen.\nInVue is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Key Account Manager to support our APAC partners and customers. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and knows how to move quickly when priorities change or deadlines are tight.\nYou’ll be the key liaison between customers, Sales, and internal InVue teams, managing customer relationships while coordinating orders, supply, product needs, and customer projects. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and will be trusted to use good judgment, anticipate issues, and find solutions before they become problems.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn a portfolio of APAC customer and partner accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.\nBuild strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.\nRespond to customer needs with urgency, including short-notice requests and changing priorities.\nManage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, changes, inventory, supply planning, and forecasting.\nLead customer projects involving new products, deployments, configurations, and installations.\nCollaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Product, Technical, Warehouse, and other teams to solve problems and deliver on commitments.\nIdentify potential issues early and take action to keep customers and projects on track.\nDevelop strong product knowledge and use customer and market insights to identify opportunities and improve service.\nWhat You Bring\n5-7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or customer service within a technical or B2B environment.\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\nFluent English required; Japanese, Chinese, or Korean is a plus.\nProven ability to manage complex accounts and work effectively across multiple teams.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong analytical and process-oriented mindset.\nExperience with Excel; Salesforce, AS400, ERP, inventory, or demand planning experience is a plus.\nYou’ll Thrive at InVue If You…\nTake ownership.
