Keep innovation moving.\nInVue is looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Engineer to support the growing compliance and regulatory needs of our global product development organization. Based in Shenzhen/Dongguan, China, you’ll help ensure InVue products meet global regulatory, safety, and industry standards throughout the design and manufacturing process.\nThis is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with Engineering, Quality, Legal, suppliers, and certification agencies. You’ll provide technical guidance, lead compliance testing and certification efforts, and help teams identify and address compliance requirements early in the product development process.\nWe’re looking for someone who can work independently, move quickly, manage changing priorities, and use sound judgment to solve complex compliance challenges.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInterpret and apply global regulatory requirements and standards, including ISO, IEC, FCC, UL, CE, and CB.\nProvide technical leadership to Engineering and Product Development teams to build compliance into the design process.\nLead product testing, certification, validation, and documentation activities.\nManage relationships with certification and testing agencies such as SGS, DEKRA, Intertek, UL, and TÜV.\nMonitor changes in global regulations and standards and translate them into actionable requirements.\nDevelop and improve compliance processes to increase efficiency and productivity.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior compliance engineers.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to manage compliance schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and project status.\nTravel to suppliers, testing laboratories, and other locations as needed.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related science field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.\nExtensive experience working with global regulatory and certification agencies.\nStrong knowledge of technical standards and regulatory frameworks.\nExperience with CE, CB, UL, FCC and related submission processes.\nFamiliarity with REACH, RoHS, PFAS, and sustainability regulations.\nStrong analytical, documentation, project management, and communication skills.\nAbility to interpret complex technical and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical solutions.\nExperience working effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities.\nStrong English communication skills, both written and spoken.\nExperience with RFID, wireless, IR, or Bluetooth is a plus.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office.\nYou’ll Thrive at InVue If You…\nTake ownership and are comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.\nCan act quickly and make sound decisions when timelines are tight.\nAre highly detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.\nEnjoy solving problems and finding ways to make processes more efficient.\nCan influence engineering and cross-functional teams without relying on authority.\nAdapt easily to changing priorities, new technologies, and new regulatory requirements.\nBring a high degree of integrity, accountability, and professionalism to your work.\nAre a collaborative team player who takes responsibility for delivering results.\nInVue Security Products, Inc is an Equal Opportunity employer.
