We are looking for someone who believes that no opportunity is too ambitious to pursue, thrives on building meaningful partnerships, and leverages data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver measurable results.\nWhat you will be doing:\nBuild, manage, and grow strategic relationships with automotive dealerships and key industry partners across Saudi Arabia.\nIdentify and onboard new dealership partners to expand invygo's vehicle supply network.\nNegotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms that drive sustainable business growth.\nDevelop and execute partnership strategies to achieve vehicle acquisition and revenue targets.\nAct as the primary point of contact for dealership partners, ensuring a best-in-class partner experience.\nCommercial & Revenue Growth\nDrive B2B sales opportunities and commercial partnerships within the automotive ecosystem.\nIdentify market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase vehicle supply and business performance.\nConsistently achieve and exceed revenue, acquisition, and partnership growth targets.\nAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and dealership performance to inform strategic decisions.\nFinancial & Operational Management\nOversee dealership payment processes and ensure timely settlement of partner payables.\nMonitor commercial performance, pricing structures, margins, and partnership profitability.\nWork closely with Finance to manage payment cycles, reconciliation processes, and financial obligations to dealership partners.\nEnsure operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.\nLeadership & Stakeholder Management\nLead and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Growth, and Product teams to deliver partnership goals.\nRepresent invygo professionally within the UAE automotive ecosystem and maintain strong industry relationships.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably within the automotive or mobility sector.\nProven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment.\nStrong understanding of the UAE automotive, fleet leasing, or subscription landscape.\nExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nProficiency in English and Arabic, with deep knowledge of the UAE market.\nPreferably someone with prior experience in the automobile, car rental, hotel, or airline industry. \nData-driven mindset, with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.\nBenefits\nWhy You'll Love Working with Us\nAt invygo, you'll have the autonomy, resources, and support to make big things happen.
